SPORTSMYX ACQUIRES COOLXPOSURE

ALCOA, Tenn., (April 17, 2008) – SportsMyx Holdings, LLC (SportsMyx) announced today it will expand its sports marketing services through a partnership with CoolXposure™ LLC, which will give SportsMyx majority ownership.  The newly formed company, CoolXposure™, Inc. (CoolXposure™) will continue to be headquartered in Dallas (Southlake), Texas.

CoolXposure™ is the exclusive rights holder of CoolScreen™ Technology, a patent pending advertisng unit that attaches to the back (intake) of Port-A-Cool® units.  CoolXposure™ is an authorized distributor of Port-A-Cool® portable evaporating cooling units and sells the licensing rights for CoolScreen™ Technology.  Currently, Port-A-Cool® units are on the sidelines of 25 National Football League (NFL) teams, 75 NCAA Division I-A programs, and hundreds of high schools across the nation.

Previous president of CoolXposure™ and inventor of the CoolScreen™ Technology, Jack Richards, will continue to serve as the company’s President.  “SportsMyx and CoolXposure™ are a perfect fit,” said Richards.  “The sports marketing expertise and national experience Gordon Whitener and his staff at SportsMyx bring to this partnership will take CoolXposure™  to the next level and I am very excited to be part of the SportsMyx family.”

CoolXposure™ vice president Sherri Glazier will also continue with the company, serving as Executive Vice President – Marketing.
